For small image files (< 3 MB), the easiest way to send us your files is to email a high resolution .JPG file to graphics@sdcal.com.

If your image files are too large to send via email (> 3 MB), or if you're having trouble with your email, you can click here to upload your files to our MyRembrandt.com partner.

If you are purchasing an enlargement, we have two requests.

First, please make sure that your image is appropriately cropped to the ratio of the size you are ordering. In other words, if you are ordering a 16x20 inch portrait, please make sure that your image is in an aspect ratio of 4 to 5. This will help us speed up your order, and will avoid any cropping necessary to meet the aspect ratio or your desired order.

Second, please send us the highest quality image possible. This means sending files that are large in file size. If you are scanning your photograph, set your scanner to high quality and high resolution. This will ensure minimal distortion while enlarging your image.

For the best results:

We ask for files that are saved at 100% to be at least at a resolution at 150 dpi. The highest original resolution available is best, especially for enlargements.
