How do I send in my files?
→ Please visit our "Send Files" page. On that page we go into detail on how to set up and send your files.

I don't have any graphics, can you provide them?
→ Yes, we can provide graphic design. Just tell us what you want on your printed product, and we can create a custom design that we'll send you to approve before we print. All we need is a brief description of what kind of images you want, any text you would like the product, and the size of the print. If you have specific questions, please contact us.

My photograph needs editing. Is this available?
→ Yes. We can edit your photographs before we print them for a small fee. Services we offer include cropping, restoring damaged photographs, removing/adding subjects to the photograph and more. For a free quote on your editing needs, please contact us.

What is an aspect ratio, and why is it important?
→ The aspect ratio is the ratio between the width of the picture and the height of the picture. A 16x20 inch print's aspect ratio is 4:5, and a 24x36 inch print's aspect ratio is 2:3. This is important because when we enlarge your image, we need to maintain the correct proportions of the original to avoid distortion.
For example, if a 16x20 inch portrait is ordered, any image can be enlarged correctly that has an aspect ratio 4:5. Acceptable original file sizes may be 8x10 inches, 4x5 inches or 2x2.5 inches.
We can correct files that do not have correct aspect ratios, but some cropping will be necessary, which means portions of the picture edges will be lost.

If I order a print, will it be stretched and mounted?
→ No. The prices listed are for unstretched and unmounted prints. We sell them this way to make your shipping costs less expensive.

Can I have my canvas prints stretched and mounted?
→ Yes. We can stretch and mount your canvas prints for an additional fee.

I want my image wrapped around the stretcher bars so the image shows on the side. Is an additional charge for that?
→ We charge based on the total square feet of the print order. So adding an extra inch on all sides slightly increases the price of the print, because the print will need to be larger to cover the sides. For large orders, we charge $9/sq foot.

Is the canvas adhered on the sides, or the back of the bars?
→ We staple the canvas to the stretcher bars, and for prints where the image is wrapped around the bars, we staple the canvas on the back so the sides don't show staples.

Can I save on shipping costs by ordering more prints?
→ Yes. We will package your prints together, and only charge the shipping cost of one order.

How much is shipping?
→ We normally use FedEx Ground, which is usually around $8.00 to $11.00 for the products we offer. This service usually takes 3-5 business day for delivery. We are open to other shipping services if you are in a hurry, or prefer a different shipping company, although there may be a change in the shipping cost for expedited shipping services.

Your door magnet sizes may not fit my car. Can I have a custom size?
→ Yes. We can create magnets that will custom fit your vehicle. Please contact us for more information. Generally, our 18x12 inch magnets will fit most SUV's pick-ups, and vans. Our 24x10 inch magnets generally fit sports cars and sedans. If you are unsure about the size of the magnet you may want, you can use a tape measure to see how much room is available on your door. Remember to only measure the metallic area that will be in direct contact with the magnetic material.

Are your magnets waterproof?
→ Yes. We laminate our magnets to make them fully weather-proof.

Will the magnet stick to my car?
→ Not in all cases. Some cars are made with plastic exteriors. To test to see if our magnetic material will work on your vehicle, take an ordinary refrigerator magnet, and place it on your car. If it sticks, our magnets will work for you.
